Pandora, Anneli Pandora Magnusson with Västerbottenssåpa
A big idol who rocked every dance floor already in the early 90s. In addition, she was both tough and independent while always being pretty/cute as candy that can be both sour and sweet at the same time... that's exactly how Pandora felt to a high school girl in the 90s - she was an icon, simply!
You can imagine that nervousness lay like a heavy lid over the undersigned when Pandora was booked for Hotel Wilhelmina (where I worked then) in 2007
The event was to be marketed, and determined to do my very best on that point, I waited anxiously for a picture from the booking agency.
The picture came and was as small as a "stamp," it was simply out of the question to enlarge it to poster size. So what do you do... you make an illustration!

Posters were made, it was full to the last seat, and Anneli Pandora Magnusson was of course insanely nice and down-to-earth, but it was very nerve-wracking... the thought that she would actually see this illustration was not at all comfortable! What if she didn't like it?!
But she did, and the youth idol and icon Pandora turned out to be the warmest and nicest person in the world.
It is extra fun then that she now in 2016, 9 years later, also likes our Västerbottenssåpa! And as you can see in the pictures - she just gets more and more beautiful!
