As customer service manager, I have the most contact with customers, but I also take care of other things related to customers' orders.
If you could only choose one product from Västerbottenssåpa, which would it be?
The soap spray! It has really made things easier at home for me and works for most things.
What is the most memorable customer interaction you have had at Västerbottenssåpa?
There are many, but the woman who had tried most things for her tile joints in the bathroom and who happily wrote back that the tips she got helped, that warms you up all day.
If Västerbottenssåpa were a superhero, what would our superpower be?
Then it would be to be able to transform carbon dioxide into soap, since we are already a circular product.
If you could switch jobs for a day with someone else in the company, who would you choose and why?
Marco as a soap maker, because then you smell good of soap all day.
