We could never have imagined that there would be more than 100 of you :)
Our wonderful partners who helped us put together the waffle buffet!
The obvious whipped cream from Norrmejerier was served with the waffles, as well as blueberry syrup and cloudberry syrup from Samiska Apoteket with whom we collaborate on matters such as marketing, sales and development.
A more substantial and "adult" version of the waffle with souvas salmon and roe sauce from Vilhelmina Gårdsbutik, M Bergmans Fisk was also served. Reindeer chips came from EG Vilt in Lomsjöullen.
A big thank you to Siksjönäs village, neighbors, relatives and friends who helped with serving, waffle making and coffee brewing during the evening.
