Since we are a bit busy both during Christmas and summer (and aching joints don't really appreciate the winter in Vilhelmina), we have split the vacation and tried to be off in November and around Easter instead.
We are now home after a week in a warmer and drier climate that has done good for both joints and mood. Magnus was with his family on the trip, they are very good at this retro stuff, it may have to do with the fact that his sister-in-law Lena Wiktorsson runs the second-hand shop Magasin Mix in Vilhelmina.

We all love the films in the series, but the first trip to Gran Canaria and Nueva Estocolmo is still a favorite.
