When purchasing you provide your personal information so that we can send you goods and charge you for them.
We save your data as long as the Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to cancel a purchase or return a damaged or broken item, that is 14 days. The data is saved in our online store, woocommerce for these 14 days so that we can make easy returns and refunds. - Pay: Klarna We use Klarna as a digital checkout service provider. With Klarna, we have a so-called DPA agreement where they in turn guarantee that your data is secure.
- Delivery: PostNord, PacksoftOnline, Onlineforce Sweden AB and Bussgods - In order for your package to be delivered, your address and your telephone number or alternatively an email address are needed for notification of the package. PostNord and their service PacksoftOnline, Bussgoods or DHL may therefore need to handle your data. Even with these companies there are DPA agreements that guarantee the security of your data. - Newsletter – Our newsletter only handles your email address, i.e. it is not linked to your name. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may have noticed that it never says "Hello XXX - your name", this is because we do not save any names. The sole purpose of the newsletter is to inform you about new products, cleaning tips and discount codes, and then no more information than an email address is needed. - Email - if you send us an email, it will be saved for 6 months. We save your email because it is often the case that you customers request a specific product or have another question that we or you wish to respond to.
- Phone – voice calls, call list, sms and mms are automatically deleted at the end of each month.
- Social Media – The social media we use are: Facebook, Instagram, twitter and Pinterest. We have accepted and signed their terms and conditions. We follow their regulations and if you no longer wish to follow us, you can unsubscribe via the respective social media.
- Paper - Customer order picking list, incoming paper letters which contain personal data are destroyed quarterly.
- In store - If you shop in our physical store, only receipts are saved in accordance with the Accounting Act, if you want a receipt via e-mail, a receipt is saved with the e-mail address also in accordance with the Accounting Act. We use iZettle's checkout system. Payment via Swish is also handled in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Routines
In the event of a personal data incident, the Data Inspectorate is reported within 72 hours - those concerned are informed and the incident is documented at the company and saved together with the records that must be archived according to the Accounting Act.
Request for access: A written copy of personal data will be sent within one month.
