Long-awaited news: Seasonal subscription for Limited Edition fragrances - a perfect start to the new year!
Many of our customers have been asking for a simple and exciting solution to get new fragrances delivered directly to their homes - and now we're launching just that! Starting in January 2025, you can start the year with our exclusive seasonal subscription, where each season offers a new, carefully selected fragrance that reflects that particular time of year.
This is how it works:
- First delivery: With your first order, you get a spray bottle together with three refills of the season's fragrance for SEK 154. The bottle is then ready to be reused with new scents each season.
- Recurring surprises: Every three months (January, April, July and October) three new refills are delivered directly to your mailbox for just SEK 99 - with free shipping!
To keep the sense of surprise, we don't release the fragrance in advance, but if you're curious, you can always contact us at info@vasterbottenssapa.se.
Full flexibility and easy management
We know that flexibility is important. Therefore, you can pause, change or terminate your subscription at any time, without a commitment period. Via your account, you can also add disposable products or adjust your delivery according to your needs.

PRENUMERATION AND DELIVERY
How does the seasonal subscription work?
When you subscribe, you get a new limited edition fragrance every season (every three months January, April, July, October), straight to your mailbox. Each season offers a unique fragrance designed to suit the season. This fragrance is not available for purchase on the website but is only sent out to subscribers.
What products can I subscribe to?

How often are the scents delivered?
The fragrances are delivered four times a year: in January, April, July and October. Perfect for updating the scent after the seasons!
You will be billed every three months on the same date as your first order. We ship the product within 1-2 days after payment. You can see the next billing date on your customer profile, and if you want to change the date within the specified month, please contact us at info@vasterbottenssapa.se !
Can I change how often I want home products?
Currently, the subscription is seasonal, meaning deliveries every three months. But you can contact us at info@vasterbottenssapa.se if you want to change the date within the specified month.
However, via the customer portal, you can choose to skip the next delivery if you have enough product at home.
How far in advance do you announce which fragrance is coming?
Our idea is that each seasonal fragrance should be a surprise to provide an extra exciting experience with each delivery. Therefore, we do not release information about the fragrance in advance. But if you absolutely want to know which fragrance awaits you, you are always welcome to contact us at info@vasterbottenssapa.se .
Can I choose which scent I want?
Our seasonal fragrances are exclusively created for each season and are automatically sent out according to our calendar. In this way, you always get a new, unique scent to discover before each season. If you have any suggestions, please email them to info@vasterbottenssapa.se
What is included in the first delivery?
With your first delivery, you will receive an empty spray bottle and three refills of the seasonal scent. After that, we only send three refills each season that you can easily use with the same bottle.
How long does a refill last?
A diluted refill provides 0.5 L of cleaning spray.
Kan jag lägga till en engångsprodukt till min prenumeration?
Om du vill att andra produkter ska skickas tillsammans med din prenumeration, vänligen kontakta oss på info@vasterbottenssapa.se och specificera vilka produkter du vill lägga till i samma paket.
OBS! Prenumerationen i sig har fri frakt, men vid tillägg av andra produkter tillkommer en fraktavgift på 55 kr. Om det totala ordervärdet överstiger 549 kr är frakten kostnadsfri. Beroende på paketets vikt kan leveransen ske till ditt närmsta postombud istället för direkt hem till dig.
PAYMENT
How much does the subscription cost?
The first order costs SEK 154 and includes the spray bottle and three refills. After that, it costs SEK 99 every three months, and shipping is always free.
How does the payment work?
The amount will be automatically deducted from the bank account you selected when you started your subscription.
If you log in to your subscription account, you can easily change payment cards.
It is not possible to select Klarna as a payment method.
Can you use Klarna as a payment method?
No, it is not possible to choose Klarna as a payment method when subscribing. (Klarna can only be selected for one-off purchases)
Is there a notice period?
No, you can whenever you want to end your subscription. However, no later than 3 days before your next delivery date.
Can I give the subscription as a gift?
Yes, our season subscription is a great gift idea! Contact us to arrange a gift for someone you care about, and we'll make sure they get an exclusive fragrance experience all year round.
Kan jag använda en rabattkod på min säsongsprenumeration?
Nej, det går inte att använda någon rabattkod på säsongsdoft-produkten. Vi reserverar oss för eventuella fel eller missförstånd som kan ha uppstått i kommunikationen kring rabatter och prenumerationsprodukter.

How do I log into my account?
When you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to your account. Every next time you can easily manage your subscriptions by pressing the profile icon (👤) on the homepage.
Can I make changes to my subscription myself? (e.g. add/remove products, change delivery address)
Yes, when you log into your account page, you can change your email address, edit shipping and payment information, add/remove a one-time product, skip future orders in the subscription, and of course, pause and cancel your subscription. To reactivate it, please contact us at info@vasterbottenssåpa.se !
How do I change my address?
You change your address by logging into your account and pressing "Change" in the delivery field.
How do I cancel my subscription?
How sad that you want to end your subscription, we'd love to hear your feedback!
Cancel your subscription by logging into your account > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.

PRODUCTS AND ISSUE MANAGEMENT
What is the difference between these seasonal scents and your other scents?
Our seasonal fragrances are limited edition and created with inspiration from current trends and the fragrance notes of the season. They are only offered during a specific season and are not available year-round and cannot be purchased by non-subscribers.
Can I buy the seasonal scents I like separately?
If there is a scent you particularly like and would like a refill on, you can contact us at info@vasterbottenssapa.se, but we cannot guarantee that we have any extra in stock.
What if I don't like a specific seasonal scent?
As our seasonal fragrances are specially designed for each period, they can be different from time to time. Should you not like a scent, you can skip the upcoming season or pass on the refills as a gift!
What happens if my bottle breaks?
If your spray bottle breaks or is damaged, contact us at info@vasterbottenssapa.se and we will help you with a replacement bottle, so you can continue using your refills without problems.
Can I cancel my order once it is complete?
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled and you are responsible for the return shipping if you want to return the goods.
You must end or pause your subscription to no longer receive deliveries after that.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Because our seasonal fragrances are custom-made and unique to each shipment, we do not offer refunds on used refills. If you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service and we will help you find a solution.
