How to clean the inside of the toilet

Here we show you how to easily clean the inside of your toilet completely without unnecessary chemicals.
Bathroom Soap is essentially the same super-fatted soap from Västerbottenssåpa that you may already know. The difference is the fragrance and the packaging. Instead of a pump, Bathroom Soap has a “spray cap” that allows you to turn the bottle upside down and, with a simple motion, apply soap to the inside of the toilet, in the bathtub, shower, or sink.
The bathroom soap also has a different fragrance, with an added scent of Västerbotten forest, created by fragrance designer A piece of by Helena in Skellefteå. Straight from Västerbotten, in every sense.
Here’s how to do it!
Step 1:
Remove the cap and apply the soap to the inside of the toilet.
Step 2:
Then use the toilet brush to scrub lightly and create a layer of soap foam over the entire porcelain surface. Also scrub the bend at the bottom.
Step 3:
3. Leave it to work for about 15 minutes, but preferably longer.
Step 4:
Then brush again, and you will see that the dirt comes off.
Step 5:
Flush, and your toilet is clean and fresh.
If you want to keep your toilet clean and looking good, try repeating this and make it a weekly routine. It will make cleaning easier, as dirt will not have time to take hold in the same way it does when you wait longer.
If your toilet is still discolored in the bend, repeat the first steps in the evening before going to bed—let the soap sit in the toilet overnight, and the next morning you can easily scrub away the dirt/discoloration with the toilet brush.
If discoloration still remains, it is probably not biological but caused by metal (green discoloration, for example, comes from copper pipes). You can easily remove it with vinegar. In the same way, let the vinegar work for a while before scrubbing with the toilet brush.
Simple chemistry is behind it
Dirt in the bathroom is usually biological, meaning it comes from the people who live here, animals, or plants. To clean this type of dirt, you need a product with a high pH value, such as Västerbottenssåpa.
Dirt in the bathroom can also be greasy. Perhaps you remember your chemistry teacher’s words? Like dissolves like!
Greasy dirt is therefore best cleaned with a greasy soap—Västerbottenssåpa is super-fatted, meaning it contains an excess of fat while also having a high pH value, making it particularly effective in the bathroom.’
Metals—corrosion, on the other hand, are most easily removed with something that has a low pH value. Vinegar works excellently!
With this simple basic chemistry, you can handle all bathroom cleaning without harsh or unnecessary chemicals.
