How to use solid soap

A great tip! Solid soap and eco-fiber cloth for old stainless steel sinks.
Here's how to do it: Take a dab of solid Västerbottenssåpa on the moistened cloth. Wipe/rub lightly, add a little more warm water if necessary.
See image two. Rinse and dry.

It even gets the area around the small irritating screw in the middle sparkling clean. The fastest and gentlest cleaning of the sink!

Recommended: compostable dishcloth. See image.

Dissolving solid soap: 1-3 tbsp to 10l of warm water. Dissolve the soap in the warm water. The solid soap is very highly concentrated. Keep in mind that one jar is equivalent to 1.4l of liquid soap, so it takes a while to dissolve such a concentrated product. Feel free to use slightly warmer water and process/whisk the soap in the water for a while and it will dissolve. If you primarily use soap to wipe floors with a mop, we recommend the liquid variant that dissolves immediately.

Wipe glass cooktop: Take solid soap on a moistened soft kitchen sponge. We recommend the soft cellulose-based, diamond-patterned sponge.

Wipe with sponge and soap, then wipe with a lightly moistened dishcloth.

Clean the bathroom – use liquid soap in the toilet, scrub with the toilet brush and let sit.

Tiles and grout – Take some solid soap on a sturdy scrub brush, moisten and scrub the joints clean. Rinse and wipe.

Shower and bathtub – Use solid or liquid soap on eco-fiber or a soft sponge, depending on how delicate the materials/surfaces in your bathroom are. Rinse off.

Sink – Use solid or liquid soap on a damp eco-fiber sponge, wipe and dry.

Furniture and painted surfaces – Use a little soap, solid or liquid, on a slightly damp cloth. Wipe clean.
