Taking your winter jacket out of storage and discovering that you forgot to wash it before putting it away is not much fun.
It is just as unpleasant to find your patio or deck dirty and stained when spring arrives. Cleaning and tidying between seasons makes everything both easier and more enjoyable.
Scrub away this year's stains from grilling, juice, and coffee on the patio to make spring more enjoyable. If you are a gardener, it is also a good idea to clean pots and tools; despite the cold, pests can actually overwinter and give the next season a poor start. By scrubbing your tools with soap, you can avoid this.
