About the Product
A microfiber cloth for windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors that makes cleaning easy and effective. For best results, use it together with Window Cleaner from Västerbottenssåpa.

Usage

Spray on cleaning product and polish with the cloth until the surface is shiny and completely dry. When the cloth is damp, it needs to dry before regaining its full effectiveness, so it may be a good idea to have several cloths on hand. Rinse and allow the cloth to dry thoroughly after use to maintain its quality.

 

Areas of use:
The cloth works equally well dry or damp and is perfect for polishing mirrors and windows without streaks, dusting furniture and electronics, freshening up sinks and shiny bathroom faucets, or wiping down kitchen counters and tables.

What sets Västerbottenssåpa apart from “ordinary” soaps bought at the grocery store?

Västerbottenssåpa is a circular product made from reused, purified, and saponified rapeseed oil—entirely without new oil raw materials. The soap has properties similar to linseed oil soap and is naturally superfatted. This means it retains a greater surplus of nourishing oils after saponification than ordinary soap from the grocery store, making it especially effective, conditioning, and replenishing for your surfaces.

Let us tell you how it all fits together

Because the soap is made from recycled raw materials—that is, it is circular—the product’s CO2 emissions are very low. One bottle of soap, including production, packaging, and transportation, has CO2 emissions of approximately 237 g. This can be compared with the emissions from producing 1 kg of palm oil, which are approximately 10 kg.

  • Västerbottenssåpa sources the oil that is purified at the small factory in Vilhelmina. It is then saponified into soft soap.
