Christmas Market in Siksjönäs
A huge thank you to all of you who came to the Christmas market in Siksjönäs last Sunday.
We served over 300 cups of mulled wine! Some also declined mulled wine, so... you were probably over 300 people who visited us.
We are, of course, very grateful for this! To think that so many people want to come to our little village to see what we have managed to put together in our cottages!
Below is a small slideshow. We didn't manage to photograph everything, but we got a few pictures. The cutest and most photographed was the little ram, Pluto. Pluto lives at MIIO Lantbruk, the Oderståls family's farm in Siksjönäs. Pluto had a tough start in life; he started as a bottle lamb and has grown up with kind children who have taken great responsibility and taken turns feeding, petting, lulling, reading stories, and watching movies. All of this has made Pluto a healthy and VERY social ram who really appreciated that so many people came to play with him last Sunday 😉
In addition to Pluto, you could find animal feed, hay, straw, birdseed, flatbread, cookies, rusks, freshly baked pastries, and coffee, as well as soap, brushes, Christmas decorations, and lots of beautiful items from Magasin Mix, which is usually located in Vilhelmina Kyrkstad but naturally has family ties to the village.
For next year, we have bigger plans, and if everything goes according to plan, we will offer quite a few new things!
