New product in the Västerbottenssåpa family

As we have worked, it has taken almost a year and a half before we felt that we were satisfied with the recipe.

The recipe for the detergent we developed and on June 15 we are releasing the product for purchase.

Let's start from the beginning.

The first thing we need to be clear about is that almost everything we humans do is bad for the planet, unfortunately, but that's how it is.

The situation is so serious because we realized our mistakes at the last moment, but if we all help each other and do our very best, it will be good in the end, you'll see.

So the mission we have is actually to figure out what is the least bad thing to do.

The very worst option is absolutely to throw away and buy new, consumption and overconsumption is something we need to reduce and preferably get rid of completely.

However, we need clothes, so it remains to wash and care for the clothes we have as far as possible.

Here you now have the starting point and background in the "detergent project from Västerbottenssåpa".

We have also worked to reduce the "chemical part" by using a new technology without anionic surfactants.

Of course, the product also contains soap and something called polycarboxylates, it is not as tricky as it sounds, it is actually "wood" from Finnish forests.

When Finnish forest is thinned, the trees that are thinned out are used and from them you make what in the list of ingredients is called polycarboxylates and makes the detergent a little more viscous and helps to get the dirt out with the washing water.

Please take a look at the back of our detergent and you will see the list of ingredients there, you will also notice that there is NO warning symbol, and that is because it is so gentle that it is not needed. It really feels good!

We hope that you will feel that All-purpose detergent is a product in the Västerbottenssåpa family.

This is how happy we were when we could finally release the detergent on the website.

Thanks to Lervikens Goda for the fancy cake!

We have implemented a new technology without anionic surfactants and only use safe and effective ingredients.
